I met with Lindsay and Nathan over a year ago when they decided to book me for their big day! I started off by going to the wrong Starbucks (even bought 3 coffees) after about 10 mins I called and asked where they were and I realized I went to the wrong one but I think that is Starbucks fault because they have so damn many locations! Anyways I digress… Lindsay and her girls started the day off at MAC and I must say I LOVED how they did everyones makeup it really photographed super well. After getting all dolled up we headed back the The HB Hotel and the second I pulled in I saw the resturant had this amazing wood planked wall and I knew immediately that is where I wanted to put Lindsay’s dress. Lindsay and Nate went with a garden theme and everything tied in so perfectly and was GORG! While Lindsay was ready and we were waiting for one last bridesmaid to make some final touches, I took Lindsay to the hotel bed and did a mini boudoir shoot (your welcome Nathan!) After having her girls see her for the first time all dressed up we headed to meet her soon to be hubby for the first look. Lindsay and Nathan opted to do a first look which gave them plenty of time for portraits and a different location to shoot out since they were not too fond of the grounds of their venue for ALL their portraits. Saturday was hot and I mean HOT about 95 which is just crazy for Huntington Beach but not one person complained and I thank you ALL for putting up with me but it was definitly worth it and we got them some amazing photos. After the ceremony and once the party got started Lindsay and Nathan whipped out some special made glowsticks for everyone to dance with (have to admit I was a little jealous I couldn’t join in hehe) Lindsay and Nathan thank you so much for allowing me to be such a special part of your day and thank you so much for the adorable camera themed jewerly! I hope you are having a few Mai Tai’s for me on your honeymoon cruise hehe
