Michelle + Ryan Married | Agua Dolce Wedding Photos

It was exactly a year before they said I do that Ryan asked for Michelle’s hand in marriage and this past Saturday I had the honor of capturing their Agua Dolce wedding photos. I arrived in the early afternoon to a private estate in Agua Dolce and the place was buzzing with excitement. The staff was preparing for the ceremony, Michelle was already looking lovely and the girls were in matching shirts and laughing. I knew from that moment it was going to be a spectacular day. Michelle had picked out her wedding gown with her mom and for 8 whole months no one knew what it looked like except her mom and herself, she wouldn’t even show me hehe. As Jessi, Ashley and I converge into the bridal suite we see her dress hanging up in the all to common white dress bag but what was inside was nothing short of stunning. I carefully began to untie the bag and reveal the dress, Michelle has choosen a BLUSH PINK lace and beaded Maggie Sottero dress in a mermaid fit and as I unveiled it we all got chills… I am not even kidding hehe. After shooting all of her gorgeous details from her something blue shoes, and her amazing bouquet we began to get Michelle into that stunning gown. Since no one but her mom and now us had seen it we decided to do a bridesmaids first look and one with her father as well. And thats when the tears starting flowing! I had some fun with the girls outside during their portraits while the guys were stuck inside with the blinds down in what we called the Batcave (it was pitch black) sorry boys! Right before the ceremony started Michelle and Ryan wanted to exchange gifts, Michelle gave Ryan the gift of a boudoir album including some photos in her bridal lingerie with veil and his racing jersey. I just LOVE his reaction, he was like “Wait whhhaaattt?” Ryan gifted Michelle with a gorgeous Michael Kors purse AND watch! The ceremony was filled with important words of wisdom, tears and a ring being thrown across the pool?!?! Yes the father of the groom still had the ring box with Michelle’s ring so when the best man went looking for it the Dad called him out and threw it across the pool. Of course (well at least I hope so) the ring box was empty and the best man had it in his pocket the whole time. Once the ceremony ended we moved onto their “romantics” the portraits of just Michelle and Ryan and man were they killer. the light was coming through the willow trees just perfect! The reception kicked off with a bridesmaid and groomsmen switching outfits and the newlyweds partially riding in on a tantem bike! I seriously had such a blast capturing Michelle and Ryan’s Agua Dolce wedding photos and I hope they are enjoying relaxing on the beach in St. Lucia and toasting to a lifetime together! XOXO
